Our Story
Good Vibes Cacao started with the realisation that there was nowhere in Margaret River where you could get a cup of real cacao. By 'real', I mean cacao which has been organically farmed and produced in the traditional way. Also known as 'ceremonial grade' cacao.
I'd been making cacao for my family, our local mens circle and other community gatherings for some time, and in the winter of 2025 some exquisite Criollo cacao came into my life. Whilst stirring the brew I had the idea of starting a small cacao business which would offer cups of cacao from the heart of our community, the Margaret River Farmer's Market.
I'd been a regular at the markets for 5 years and love the energy of this space. It's always been the best place to get fresh, organic, local produce, whilst bumping into all your favourite people. I'd been saying for years that I go to the markets to soak up the good vibes... so, the name of the business was already written.
Good Vibes Cacao was officially launched on 1st November 2025 with our first market day. This was the beginning of a ripple effect of good vibes and beautiful cacao. In this digital era, it's been so refreshing to be reminded of the power of 'word-of-mouth' and witness the rapid growth of the business to quickly become the most popular cacao in the south-west of WA.
